Private Yoga
Private Yoga is individualized to the needs of the client. Sessions are conducted in the clients home or location of choice (a park or recreation space). Clients may choose to develop a personal practice based on the client's goals or needs, work on posture, alignment and form or discuss areas of that need attention. Private sessions are $100 per hour.
