Embodied Mindfulness Coaching & Mentorship
Embodied Mindfulness sessions utilize Buddhist practices to connect you with your deep inner wisdom and cultivate more ease, peace and wellbeing. One on One sessions include moving through a gentle guided meditation and answering a series of questions designed to reveal personal truths that have been difficult to connect to previously. All sessions are held in a safe and welcoming space and are guided by the client's needs at the present moment. Embodied Mindfulness Coaching and Mentoring sessions include daily and weekly practices individualized to the client that increase clarity of thought, sense of purpose and direction, and a deeper sense of peace.
